Bio
Olivia is a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor and Phyisical Education Teacher , Fitness Instructor Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Before she became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in 2022, she worked as a physical trainer specializing in athletics and as a PE teacher in high school.
She is a graduate of the Zinman College of Phyisical Education and Sport Sciences at the Wingate Institute Department specializing in Sport management as well as Tel-Aviv University, Masters Degree .
Olivia is motivated by the challenges and rewards that innovative type of training can offer to clients from various physical backgrounds, Using Pilates as a tool to help her clinets restore movement and function to their bodies and intertwain the mind-body connection through physical activity.
About the Instructor: Professionalism, Precision, and Personal Attention
I am Olivia , holding a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and a Master's degree from Tel Aviv University, with over 18 years of experience working with diverse populations. I believe that tailoring each workout to the individual is the key to success. Since 2006, I have been teaching physical activity for health and fitness.
My specialization in Pilates grew from personal experiences of the rehabilitation from a surf injury.
Today, For me Pilates is not just exercise rutine —it's a way of life that connects the body and mind, enhancing quality of life.

Each movement is done with full attention, specifically tailored to your personal needs. teaching you mindful movement.
Practice on the Merrithew reformers giving you the opportunity for the right biomechanical pattern for the joints and the right range of muscular motion.
I specialize in STOTT Pilates, movement rehabilitation, help to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Each session is customized to your goals, ensuring progress while preventing injuries and pain.
